The idea to create an online vintage and handmade shop came a few months after I had my child. I always loved arts, crafts and antiques. I’m quite nostalgic and love to daydream of the times of yesteryear. I caught the thrifting bug while growing up. My grandmother was the curator of a thrift shop for her local church and she would take me along with her every day. I would always wonder about the tales behind each item, and have been doing it religiously ever since.
When I started my shop in 2013, I combined these interests with my background in photography and merchandising, and found myself quickly immersed in the vintage lifestyle. For the first time, I can honestly say that I love this job! The mystery of what I may find next keeps things exciting and keeps my heart devoted to this work.
